The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation support malaria genomic surveillance projects in Ghana and Cameroon, for which I am a collaborator.
Cambridge BRC
The Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) provide support for my work on AMR in immunocompromised patients in Cambridge.
Past funders
I was previously supported through an academic clinical fellowship at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the academic foundation programme at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, a part-time position as a senior staff scientist at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, and as a PhD student at the Wellcome Sanger Institute/ Cambridge University MB/PhD Programme.

I was a plenary speaker at the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) London Calling conference in 2023; but I curently do not receive, and I have never received, any payment, research funding or equipment from ONT or any other company.
